Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service

The room had great features. The bed and pillows were very comfortable I appreciated it. Mohamed Ben was professional and kind during check-in. The guest relations team provided nice amenities I enjoyed it very much. The chef prepared a delicious jalapeños pepperoni pizza and I really liked it.
The pool closed early and I wished there were more activities available for children. More options would have been welcome.

The front desk staff was helpful and efficient. The restaurant manager was committed to ensuring guests were looked after and this made a positive impact. The gym staff ensured guests trained safely I am grateful for that.

the hotel has a beautiful mature garden. a pleasant beach is available with a swimming pool, but the jacuzzi was the standout feature. the entire hotel and its surroundings are clean, i observed. breakfast was excellent with a friendly staff.
The reception did not approach me for checkout. It was odd. i waited a few minutes. this jump happened quickly.

I found SOME issues. The beach wasn't great. Dirty beach towels were a PROBLEM and I had to ask for water. I thought the water should have been included. It was like they were cutting corners. I expected more.
